Can my customers pay the fee?
Yes. Turn on "Customers pay the DelwaPay fee" in your settings and the fee is added at checkout, so you receive the full amount. Transfers into dedicated accounts are the exception: there the fee comes from what arrives.
Is there a fee for failed payments?
No. You only pay on successful payments.
What does settlement cost?
Nothing. Settling your balance to your own bank account on your schedule is free. The transfer fees below are for paying other people from your balance.
Do refunds cost anything?
Refunds are free to send. The original payment fee is not returned.
Can I get a custom price?
If you process large volumes, write to us and we will look at pricing for your business.
Does test mode cost anything?
No. Test mode is free, for as long as you like, and never moves real money.
